Insurance

I am in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Health Advantage
  • Ambetter
  • QualChoice

For other insurance plans, I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a significant portion of session costs.

Private Pay Therapy

$200

per 50-55 minute session

Payment is due at the time of service.

Accepted payment methods:
Credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, secure client portal payments

Before your first session: Please contact your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits, including copay amounts and any session limits.

Why Some People Choose Private-Pay Therapy

While insurance can be helpful, paying privately offers distinct advantages.

Privacy & Confidentiality

No diagnosis on file with insurance companies. Your mental health care remains completely private—between you and your therapist.

Control Over Treatment

Sessions aren't dictated by insurance requirements. We work on what matters to you, for as long as it takes.

Working on the Whole Person

Freedom to address any aspect of your life—not just what qualifies as a diagnosable condition under insurance criteria.

Flexibility & Responsiveness

Private-pay therapy often means shorter wait times, direct scheduling with your therapist, more responsiveness via email or messaging, and a more collaborative, thoughtful pace.

Sustainable, High-Quality Care

An intentionally small caseload allows for thoughtful, prepared sessions and genuine attention to your progress.

No Surprise Charges or Denials

Insurance can create denied claims and surprise bills months later. With private pay, the price is clear and straightforward every time.
